We want you to enjoy your visit.  Here are a few tips and things to remember that will help you get the most out of your time with us including our Covid-19 Policy.

  • If you have any Covid-19 symptoms &/or a positive test result, we will need to reschedule your appointment. You will be asked to sanitise your hands at the door. Please always wear a mask upon entering the clinic. See our Full Covid-19 policy at the end
  • Certain treatments will require you to complete an online form which will be emailed prior to your appointment. You will also receive a COVID-19 health form
  • All online appointments require a booking fee which is fully refundable against your treatment. All non online bookings require your card details to be taken for purposes of Cancellation and No Shows without notice.  If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, a full 48 hours notice is required, otherwise we regret we cannot refund your deposit.
  • If you have any medical conditions or take any prescription medications, we advise you should discuss these with your therapist prior to starting your treatment.
  • Please arrive on time and alone to your appointment and kindly do not bring children to the salon. If you are running late for an appointment please call the salon to inform us. We may need to shorten your appointment time, but if we know in advance we always try our best to accommodate you wherever possible.
  • Please read our terms and conditions for Non Online bookings here. For all Online bookings, please read the notice shown before proceeding to make an appointment
  • If you are having a pedicure, you may wish to bring some open toes shoes with you.
  • A facial or massage will normally require the therapist to massage the scalp, so please avoid having your hair styled before your treatment.
  • We want you to relax and enjoy your time with us, so please put your mobile phone on silent once you have entered the salon and unwind.
  • If you use a gift voucher on the day of your booking, you must also bring it with you to the appointment.
  • If gift vouchers or Loyalty Reward Cards are lost, unfortunately they cannot be replaced.
  • If your call goes through to our answerphone, please leave a clear message – we will be sure to call you back.
  • Finally, be assured we are continuing to comply with COVID-19 guidance for close contact treatments and sanitising in the clinic for your safety. Please read our current covid-19 policy here:
  • Full Covid-19 Policy: Anyone testing positive must isolate for at least 7 days and only attend an appointment once they have a negative test result on Day 6 and 7 otherwise please reschedule any appointments and isolate until you have a negative test result. Masks must always been worn upon entering the salon and hands must be sanitised. Anyone travelling back to UK must comply with the government guidance for that specific country and only attend the clinic is not quarantining and negative otherwise they will need to reschedule any appointments if the result is positive.
