Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨
🔹 Online Appointments: A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is fully refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
🔹 Non-Online Bookings: Card details are required at the time of booking to protect against cancellations and no-shows without notice. We use Stripe, a trusted and secure card-holding system, to safely store your payment details. Your card is only charged when necessary, and all data is encrypted for your security. 🔒✅
🔹 Cancellations: A full 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Please arrive on time and alone for your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not bring children to the salon. If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible to let us know. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, we may need to shorten your appointment time to avoid delays for other clients. Thank you for your understanding we appreciate your cooperation! 💕
- Some treatments require an online consultation form to be completed before your appointment. This will be sent to you via email in advance. 📩
- If you have any medical conditions or are taking prescription medications, please consult with your therapist before starting your treatment to ensure it is safe and suitable for you.
- If you are undergoing any IPL treatments, please inform the clinic if there are any changes to your medications, if you become pregnant, or if you start taking antibiotics before your appointment. Your safety is our priority!
- As part of your facial treatment, your therapist may include a scalp massage, so we recommend avoiding freshly styled hair before your appointment. 💆♀️
- We want you to fully relax and enjoy your experience with us. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please switch your mobile phone to silent upon entering the salon and take this time to unwind.
- If you plan to redeem a gift voucher for your appointment, please ensure you bring it with you on the day of your booking. 🎁
- Unfortunately, lost gift vouchers or Loyalty Reward Cards cannot be replaced, so please keep them safe.
- If your call reaches our voicemail, please leave a clear message with your name & number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively if your call is regarding a new or existing appointment, you can use our online app to rebook or cancel your appointment at your convenience. 📞
