I completed my beauty therapy training over 24 years ago and have loved all the highs and lows of the journey that this wonderful industry has given me. Making my clients feel amazing, more confident and to educate them in skin health, is what I love most about my job!

Aside from running the business I’m a Mum to a happy little girl Isabella and wife to a talented and supportive husband Marc.

Hi my name is Melanie, I studied hair and beauty in Northamptonshire.
I qualified in 1993 and my journey brought me to London to work for a large organisation, Pamela Stevens.
I worked my way up to Area Manager and trained in Permanent cosmetics in 1997.
This is where I met Tessa.
I started working for Tessa Stevens in 2008. I currently work part-time round my two girls and specialise in cosmetic make up from creating natural looking brows to medical Areola tattooing. I pride myself in keeping up with new training and trends in my field. Over the past 10 years Tessa has supported my growth in this field to perfect new techniques.
My passion is pigment and creating soft looks that are unique to my beautiful clients. Seeing their smiles and confidence boost is priceless.
I love working with the TS team and am extremely lucky to do a job I love with such passionate ladies while raising my two girls.

Hi I’m Grace. I started working at Tessa Stevens 11 years ago and what a lovely journey it has been. I started off as being a receptionist and alongside working I qualified as a therapist. I studied at Elite School of Beauty Therapy. I have now progressed to Training & Development . We have an amazing team and I love to support and watch all our girls grow into fantastic therapists. I have a passion for skin and enjoy being on their journey with my clients by giving them guidance and knowledge from all the training I have been on since being here. I also enjoy carrying out Venus Freeze treatments and HIFU and seeing the best results for my clients. I like to work out and socialise with friends and family in my spare time.

Hi my name is Michael, I joined the Tessa Stevens family in May 2019 with a passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to learn from a strong group of women. I’ve always prided myself in having great customer service skills so working front of house in this environment just felt like the perfect fit for me.

I began my journey at Tessa Stevens in 2010. I started working front of house 7 years ago. I learnt so much about health and beauty through that experience.  I enjoy being part of a team. I have two boys, I enjoy taking them to fun places and making memories

Hi I’m Aisha, I qualified in HND Beauty Therapy at the London College of Fashion in 2000. I worked as a therapist for over 13 years in some lovely parts of London and in that time I got married and started a family. I joined the TS family in 2018. My work schedule revolves around balancing my career and love for my industry and being there for my two young girls. There are many aspects of the beauty Industry that I enjoy but my passion lies heavily in the area of skin and facial treatments.
I enjoy meeting new people through my job and sharing their experiences.

Hi I’m Nicole. I studied Beauty Therapy at London College of Beauty Therapy I graduated from my Level 3 in 2018. I have been in the beauty industry since I was 15 previously working at The Dorchester Hotel. I developed my training further at Tessa Stevens, learning lots of new skills. I’ve always had a passion for nail treatments, but my journey at Tessa Stevens has ignited my passion for skin! I love learning new and interesting facts on a daily basis, and love to share the most fascinating ones!

Hi I’m Karina. I graduated in 2012 at London College of Beauty Therapy . From there I worked in a spa for two years. I have always been passionate about skin which is why in 2016 I joined Tessa Stevens. I enjoy doing aesthetic treatments such as dermal rollering and Venus freeze. I love achieving incredible results for my clients. I’m currently on maternity leave looking after my newborn son.
